missingWrote a review on Dec 13poor cleanupdifficult door
I regret to say that our room cleanup before arrival was disappointing. There were remnants of snacks left in our bed, which I found quite off-putting. Additionally, the effort required to open the door to our room was unexpected and inconvenient, detracting from our overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 02food particlesdoor issue
i expected way more from drury plaza hotel in chattanooga, especially since it’s new. finding food particles in my bed was just disgusting, not to mention the door to my room required way too much effort to open, seriously? ! i almost left a good review, but the lack of proper attention to detail, and special treatment just ruined everything.

Great spot for families
The pool was perfect for my kids, they couldn't get enough of it, and the breakfast had everything you'd want, pancakes and waffles, c'mon that's a win! Plus, the evening food bar was like a snack buffet, my kids were thrilled with the hot dogs and nachos they served, and honestly, I liked it too a lot.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for what you get, it was reasonable.

I loved the newness of the property. Everything felt fresh and well-kept, which is a huge plus. The staff were super approachable. I appreciated how the manager went around during breakfast and evening snacks, engaging with everyone to ensure a good experience. The variety at breakfast was great, with pancakes and waffles. The bar area had a nice selection of cocktails for later in the day. The pool was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained. However, the shower pressure could use a boost. it felt a bit weak at times. Also, I did notice some food particles left in our bed, which was pretty off-putting and shouldn't happen in a new hotel. Opening the door to our room also required too much effort, which became annoying.
